it is our responsibility as autdls to make sure that our family eats healthy. No one is making anyone go there. Im so tired of hearing everyone saying McDonalds made me fatthey made my kid fat. That is not the case..you made you fat by eating fast food everyday. And no one say anything about Well its McDonalds fault because of their marketing, they make their food look appealing and draw kids in with their toys and playgrounds. Im also tired of hearing that, to be completely honest. Guess what thats their job they are hear to make money just like everyone else in the country. And it really speaks poorly of us as a human race that a commercial can make you go eat some where unhealthy. If you use the excuse its because of their marketing, then you must be a weak minded person. My whole life growing up I was raised to believe that people are resonsible for their own actions, but now a days people find ways to blame everyone else. Take responsibility, if you eat fast food everyday, then thats the problem. Its not the restaraunts fault. No one holds a gun to your head to make you go. I personaly like McDonalds, when I was pregnant I ate a Big Mac everyday you know the pregnancy cravings. And guess what I only gained 27 lbs my entire pregnancy, and my baby boy was born absolutly healthy. And to be honest I could eat it everyday now, but I CHOOSE not to because I know what would happen. Its called self control and telling your kids no when they ask everyday to eat there. I dont mean to offend anyone, but this is just how I feel about the situation. Im tired of people blaming everyone else for things that are that persons fault.
