Guerrilla Games is an Amsterdam based game development studio founded at the beginning of 2000. Guerrilla has a growing reputation and now employs 130 developers, designers and artist, encompassing 20 different nationalities. Guerrilla is the largest game studio in the Netherlands.

'Shellshock: Nam '67' was the first game made by Guerrilla. The true horrors of the Vietnam War are the setting in this game in which you can take the role of a rookie soldier in his first tour of duty and experience fear and chaos. After 'Shellshock' Guerrilla released the multiple awardwinner 'Killzone', a game for PlayStation 2, and Guerrilla was acquired by Sony Computer Entertainment in 2005. Later on 'Killzone: Liberation' was made for the PlayStation portable. In Februray 2009 Guerrilla presented 'Killzone 2' for PlayStation 3. 'Killzone' is a first person action game set in the near future. The game follows four soldiers fighting behind enemy lines to defeat the so called Helghast forces, a separatist faction who want to attack the human colony.

During an artist talk at Thursday the 8th of October Jan-Bart van Beek, Art and Animation Director at Guerrilla Games, will tell you all about Killzone and Guerrilla.
