PostPanic, founded in 1997, is a Dutch hybrid film production company creating unique visual work for the international advertising, broadcast, retail and music industries. Our distinctive visual style has come about through a shared passion for live action, motion graphics, visual effects and 2d/3d animation.
As mixed media specialists, PostPanic's projects are creatively driven and therefore not primarily technique-led. We choose to produce, direct, design and animate ourselves so our ambitious creative ideas stay true to our original vision once in production. The international roster of directors share a common graphic design background and often choose to also work directly on areas such as graphics or compositing during a production. This is clearly reflected in PostPanic's creative attitude and approach to a project.
Supporting the directors is our Amsterdam studio, a permanent team of producers and creatives specializing in live action, motion graphics, 2d/3d animation, visual effects and print. We also has a regular network of freelancers that are pulled in depending on the nature of a project. The PostPanic studio is housed in a new building overlooking the river in central Amsterdam and has won attention worldwide for its unique interior architecture. This includes a green screen studio, edit suite and large grandstand for accommodating an audience for PostPanic events or screenings.
Over the years, PostPanic has enjoyed creating work for brands including MINI, Nike, MTV, ASICS, Google, McDonalds, TomTom, Vodafone, Coca-Cola and Amstel to name a few.
During the talk, director Mischa Rozema, will show the process behind the incredible OFFF 2011 titles.

No C++ and VB are miles apart. VB is a to some extent spmelir environment that has graphics and forms built in. C++, for the most part, is a system programming foreign language. You need to find add on libraries that can support Windows programming if that is what you want to do.Visual Studio is an interactive enhancement environment that supports make a software with various languages: C/C++, C#, VB.Net and now F#. If you get the full version you get compilers and linkers for all languages. The express versions, which are free, are specific to a foreign language.
