Time: 11:15-12:30Location: Tilburg, 013 Kleine Zaal
On a stormy night in 2008 Tak Fung decided to form his own games company, Studio FungFung. Meanwhile, Dave Ferner was leading a rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle as senior designer at UVA in London, creating graphics and music videos for artists like The Chemical Brothers and Jay-Z. The two first collaborated in 2007, on a live show for trip-hop legends Massive Attack, and it wasn’t long before they began making (and playing) all kinds of games. MiniSquadron, Fox Vs Duck, MiniSquadron:SE and EpicWin followed in quick succession, and they founded Supermono in 2010. They’ve already won a pile of prizes, including an IMGA Excellence in Gameplay award, and a nomination for the IGF’s Best Mobile Game Design award.

Yup, I totally agree. Though its also a plrobem in schools, where parents have less control. Many schools keep children inside during recess as a form of punishment/discipline. Unfortunately, if kids dont get a chance to blow off some steam, its the teachers and other students who are really punished later on!
